Designing and constructing furniture is an opportunity for me to express. I approach a need with experience and material and out of an array of options arises a functional object that intends to honor its resources. I enjoy the building experience as a journey of movement and spontaneity and I feel accomplishment with the completion of each piece. I have an interest in contemporary design and my ability to address current problems in function and aesthetic continues to broaden over time.
